If you saw yesterday’s 2011 Tesla Roadster Sport 2.5: First Drive Review you’ll know that we were lucky enough to borrow a Lightning Green example of Tesla’s latest electric sports car for the weekend. 
Three days, 100 kilowatts of electricity, a couple of hard frosts, countless lates, thousands of corners and just over 450 miles covered, we’ve got to know the Tesla Roadster Sport 2.5 pretty well.  
But rather than punishing the super-quick, super sexy sport version of the Roadster on a racing track, we subjected it to the regular hum-drum of a weekend. 
As well as giving it a selection of roads to drive on from high-speed freeway to country lanes and congested city streets we took it to see friends, went shopping in it and even nipped to the local convenience store to buy milk.
We’ve already told you how the 2011 Tesla Roadster Sport 2.5 drives, parks and charges, but as yet we’ve not demonstrated the Tesla’s legendary acceleration, cabin noise or design influences. 
So here’s our quick summary to our weekend with the 2011 Tesla Roadster Sport 2.5, covering everything from its design tweaks through startup, selecting gear and driving it as a commuter car.
